The Children’s Christmas Party and Lucia Parade is to be held on Sunday 8 December 2013. More details on the event will follow in the next issue of SCANPOST. It is especially important that we get more volunteers and especially someone to supervise the Lucia Parade.

Thank you so much to the small group of people who came to help out at our Busy Bee on 15 September. A new, more secure door was fitted to the back room, the gardening was done and inside the house, work and tidying was carried out. It would be great with more hands on deck to get more jobs finished, like painting of the steps and fitting of windows to the back room, but maybe next time.
